CrossFit Open 2015 is here!

Week 1 of the 2015 CrossFit games is upon us!  We will be doing a special session for the open WOD on Fridays at 5:30 PM and Saturdays at 9:00 AM.  Plan on 90 minutes for each WOD, as we will perform a thorough warm-up, review the movement standards, and run 2 heats of the workout, with athlete/judge pairs.  Because of this, the CrossFit Fundamentals class will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday.

CrossFit Games Open

We are now offering a 4:00 CrossFit class on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Ski Season Special

Too cold on the hill?  Still have some energy to burn after a day of skiing?

We are now offering a no-commitment, one week unlimited pass for visitors to Park City.  Come on in for some bouldering or a workout, or join us for our CrossFit and boxing classes.  Enjoy bouldering and/or open gym for just $30, or get a week of unlimited classes for $45.
